Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and juan1365 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at juan1365.club (the "Platform"). 2.2 Geographic Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Juan1365 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is appropriate or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited is strictly at your own risk, and juan1365 accepts no liability in such circumstances.
2.3 One Account Per Player
Each individual may register only one (1) account on the juan1365 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Juan1365 employs technical and procedural safeguards to detect duplicate accounts. Upon discovery, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended and all balances forfeited without prior notice.
2.4 Accurate Registration Information
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
In accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, juan1365 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and delayed or withheld withdrawals until compliance is achieved.
Account Obligations
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your juan1365 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify juan1365 support ([email protected]) if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Juan1365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. You acknowledge that juan1365 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or phone.
3.2 Account Activity Responsibility
All activity conducted through your account — including all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and communications — is your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. In the event of account compromise, juan1365 will make reasonable efforts to assist with recovery; however, the Company cannot guarantee the reversal of any transactions that were completed prior to your notification of unauthorized access.
3.3 Personal Use Only
Your juan1365 account is for your personal use only. You may not share your account with any other person, allow any other person to access or use your account, or operate an account on behalf of another individual. Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or other non-human access tools to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
Deposits & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Juan1365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and InstaPay-enabled bank transfers. Juan1365 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit. Juan1365 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Deposits made below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned subject to applicable processing fees.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the juan1365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Juan1365 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion applicable to international payment methods is the sole responsibility of the Player, and juan1365 accepts no liability for exchange rate losses.
4.4 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited
You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts (unless both parties are registered juan1365 members), or anonymous payment sources are prohibited. Any funds received from prohibited sources may be confiscated and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Requirements
To be eligible for withdrawal, your account must have completed the KYC verification process in full. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Juan1365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
5.2 Processing Times
Juan1365 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals — typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts during operating hours (8 AM – 12 AM PHT); bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay — typically within 1 to 3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. These timeframes are targets only and are not guaranteed. Juan1365 is not liable for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account dashboard. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed and will be returned to your account balance.
5.4 Wagering Requirements Prior to Withdrawal
Funds credited to your account as bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. Real-money deposits that have never been wagered may be subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal, as specified in your account conditions.
Bonuses & Promotions
Juan1365 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, and other incentive programs to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time of the offer. By claiming any promotion, you agree to the terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general Terms.
Juan1365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are intended for the personal use of the Player to whom they are offered and may not be transferred or combined with other offers unless expressly stated. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or circumvention of promotional terms.
- Each promotion applies to one registered account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Bonuses must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion's terms before any withdrawal is permitted.
- Free spins or free game credits have no cash value and any winnings may be subject to conversion limits.

Gameplay Rules
7.1 Game Fairness

Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by the Player or the Company. 7.2 Technical Failures
In the event of a technical failure, connectivity issue, or system error during a gaming session, juan1365 will use its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from system logs. Where a game outcome cannot be determined due to a technical failure, the bet may be voided and the wagered amount returned to your account balance. Juan1365 is not liable for any losses attributable to technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.
7.3 Void Bets
Juan1365 reserves the right to declare bets void where: the bet was placed in error due to a technical glitch; obvious pricing errors or misquoted odds were published; the game or event was cancelled, suspended, or altered in a manner that materially affects the integrity of the outcome; or applicable regulations require the bet to be voided.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the juan1365 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other Players in any game, including live dealer games, poker variants, or any multiplayer format.
- Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in any game software or Platform infrastructure, whether or not juan1365 has been notified of such issues.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process proceeds of illegal activity.
- Creating accounts with false identities, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another individual.
- Attempting to circumvent applicable transaction monitoring, KYC procedures, or AML controls.
- Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using promotional funds, or any strategy that constitutes systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, live dealers, or other Players through any communication channel.
Responsible Gaming

Available responsible gaming tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; loss limits; temporary cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are permanent once a specified minimum period has elapsed and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juan1365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds through gaming activity; technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to Platform availability; unauthorized access to your account by third parties resulting from your failure to secure your credentials; and any actions taken by juan1365 in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or termination.
Gaming involves inherent financial risk. Juan1365 does not guarantee winnings and accepts no liability for losses incurred through legitimate gameplay. You acknowledge that the nature of gambling means that you may lose your entire deposited balance, and you should only wager amounts you can afford to lose.
Privacy & Data
Juan1365 collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documentation, financial transaction records, game activity logs, and communication records. This data is used for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and — where you have provided consent — direct marketing communications. Suspension & Termination
13.1 Suspension by juan1365
Juan1365 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if: you are in breach of these Terms; your account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct; we receive a legal order or regulatory directive requiring restriction; or we have reasonable grounds to believe that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or other users.
13.2 Termination by juan1365
Juan1365 may permanently close your account if a suspension investigation concludes that a material breach of these Terms has occurred, or if continued operation of your account is incompatible with our regulatory obligations. Upon permanent termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations if related to prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC requirements.
13.3 Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your juan1365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Closure requests do not discharge any outstanding obligations you may have to juan1365, including unpaid amounts arising from chargeback disputes or fraudulent activity.
Amendments to These Terms
Juan1365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently updated. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the juan1365 Platform shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days from written notification of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings conducted in English in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Notwithstanding the foregoing, juan1365 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
Players also have the right to file complaints with PAGCOR regarding the conduct of juan1365 as a licensed operator. Juan1365 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation.
