4.1 Directly From You
The majority of data juan1365 holds about you is provided directly by you when you: register an account on the Platform; complete KYC verification by uploading identity documents; make a deposit or request a withdrawal; complete your account profile settings; contact our support team via email or live chat; participate in promotions, surveys, or feedback programs; and set responsible gaming preferences such as deposit limits or session reminders.
4.2 Automatically Through Platform Use
When you access and use the juan1365 Platform, certain technical data is collected automatically by our systems. This includes your IP address, device identifiers, browser and operating system information, session timestamps, pages visited, features accessed, and game activity logs. This data is collected through server logs, cookies, and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 10.
4.3 From Third Parties
Juan1365 may receive personal data about you from third-party sources, including: payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, and banking partners) to verify transaction details and detect fraud; identity verification service providers used to validate KYC documents; fraud prevention and AML compliance partners authorized to share relevant flagging data; and PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities where required by law.
Why We Use Your Data
Juan1365 processes your personal data for the following specific and legitimate purposes:
- Account Management: Creating and maintaining your juan1365 account, authenticating your login, and managing your player profile.
- Transaction Processing: Processing deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay, and executing approved withdrawal requests to your registered payment method.
- Regulatory Compliance: Fulfilling our obligations under PAGCOR's licensing conditions, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments, RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and all other applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
- KYC and Identity Verification: Verifying your identity and age (21+ requirement) before permitting withdrawal of winnings and as required by PAGCOR compliance protocols.
- Fraud Prevention and Security: Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity, money laundering, cheating, and other prohibited conduct on the Platform.
- Responsible Gaming: Monitoring gaming activity to identify potential signs of problem gambling, enforcing deposit limits and self-exclusion requests, and complying with responsible gaming obligations under PAGCOR rules.
- Customer Support: Responding to your inquiries, resolving disputes, and maintaining records of our communications with you.
- Platform Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve the Platform's features, performance, and user experience for Filipino players.
- Marketing Communications: Sending promotional offers, bonus notifications, and juan1365 news to players who have opted in to receive such communications (see Section 15).

Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, juan1365 relies on the following lawful bases for processing your personal data:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to enter into or perform the contract established when you register a juan1365 account and agree to our Terms & Conditions — including account management, payment processing, and game provision.
- Legal Obligation: Processing necessary to comply with our obligations under Philippine law, including PAGCOR licensing conditions, the AMLA, and tax reporting requirements. This processing is mandatory and cannot be opted out of.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and Platform improvement — where these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
- Consent: Processing for direct marketing communications, voluntary profiling for personalized offers, and optional analytics features — where you have provided explicit, informed consent that can be withdrawn at any time.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
Juan1365 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We may share your data only in the following circumstances and with the following categories of recipients:
7.1 Service Providers
Juan1365 engages trusted third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under data processing agreements that require them to maintain confidentiality and comply with RA 10173. These include: payment processors (GCash/Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay network operators); KYC and identity verification platforms; cloud infrastructure and data hosting providers operating under appropriate security certifications; fraud detection and AML compliance technology providers; and customer support platform operators.
7.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities
Juan1365 is legally required to disclose certain player data to the following Philippine authorities upon receipt of a lawful request or in discharge of mandatory reporting obligations: PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), as our licensing authority; the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), for covered and suspicious transaction reporting as required under the AMLA; the National Privacy Commission (NPC), in connection with data breach notifications or investigations; and courts of competent jurisdiction, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies acting under the authority of Philippine law.
7.3 Corporate Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of juan1365's business assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction, subject to the receiving party agreeing to process your data in accordance with this Policy or providing you with a replacement privacy notice.
International Data Transfers
Some of juan1365's service providers — including cloud infrastructure, game platform technology providers, and KYC verification services — may process data outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred internationally, juan1365 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act and the NPC's Circular on Cross-Border Data Flows.
These safeguards may include: binding contractual obligations between juan1365 and the receiving party incorporating NPC-approved standard contractual clauses; verification that the recipient country's data protection framework provides a level of protection substantially equivalent to the DPA; or specific consent from you for the transfer, where required.

Juan1365 retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm to affected data subjects, juan1365 will comply with its mandatory notification obligations under the Data Privacy Act and NPC Circular No. 16-03 (Personal Data Breach Management). Specifically:
- Juan1365 will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of a notifiable personal data breach, as required by the NPC's breach notification rules.

- Breach notifications to affected players will include: a description of the nature of the breach; the categories and approximate number of individuals affected; a description of the likely consequences; the measures taken or proposed to address the breach; and contact details for further inquiries.
Marketing Communications
Juan1365 may send you promotional emails, SMS messages, or in-platform notifications about bonuses, new games, VIP offers, and platform news. We will only send direct marketing communications where you have provided explicit consent to receive them, or where you are an existing registered player and the communication relates to similar services to those you have already used (subject to your right to opt out at any time).
